• 2 bedrooms + 1 office (co-use possible, I work partially in home office)

• Only two people in the apartment, enough space for retreat

• Little-used laundry room in the basement with 2 washing machines & dryer

• 10-minute walk to the lake square with bathing facilities, barbecue areas, and volleyball court

• Shopping opportunities nearby

• Quick access to the highway

• Buses to Horgen & Wädenswil every 30 minutes, from there fast train to Zurich

About me

Hey, I'm Janany, 27 years old. I study medical informatics at the ZHAW Winterthur and work 60% alongside, partly in home office. I'm rather quiet, open, and uncomplicated, and I appreciate a clean apartment. In my free time, I love cooking, doing Muay Thai, reading, hiking, or walking, and enjoying cozy movie nights. I also have 2 cats, quiet and cuddly, and definitely part of the shared apartment.

I'm looking for

I would like to found a women's shared apartment. For me, it's not just about renting a room, but about finding a person with whom a real shared life emerges instead of a purely functional shared apartment. It's important to me that the atmosphere with us is welcoming and relaxing, so we can both really feel comfortable. Maybe we cook together from time to time, watch a movie, or sit on the balcony in the evening and chat a bit. I also appreciate it when each of us has our own time and our own retreat.

It's important to me that you are cat-friendly and a non-smoker. Since I already have two cats, I unfortunately cannot take in any other pets. Otherwise, almost everything is fine.
