We are moving into a new appartment and therefore are looking for a new tenant starting from the 01.10.2026 to take over. It’s a modern flat, ideal for a single person or a couple. Walking distance from the center with multiple bus/tram options from Klusplatz station (2min away). Lovely neighborhood with local shops around and quick access to the forest. Keeps cool in Summer. We loved it.

Requirements to be considered: have sufficient financial means to rent the apartment, have no outstanding debts, can take over the apartment on 01.10.2026 or soon thereafter.

Pets allowed
