Each room is approximately 18 m² in size, has a built-in closet and offers direct access to the sunny terrace, which invites you to linger and relax.

* Private bathroom with separate shower and toilet
* Shared laundry room
* Possibility to set up a simple kitchenette in part of the laundry room (e.g. with a small refrigerator and a stove)

Location:
The property is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in Witikon, just a few meters from the Zweiackerstrasse bus stop. By bus, you can reach the city center of Zurich directly.

A shopping center with supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, church and other shops can be reached in 3 bus stops or about 15 minutes on foot.

Since a family (mother with three teenagers) lives in the upper part of the house, we prefer female tenants or a quiet practice (e.g. therapy, counseling, coaching or similar activities).
