The room is furnished with two single beds, wardrobes and a worktable and is suitable for one or two people. CHF 1,190 per month for two people, including utilities – heating, water, electricity, waste and internet are included in the price. For single occupancy, we will discuss the price.

For shared use: modern communal kitchen with electric stove, microwave and stainless steel sink. Laundry room with washing machine and drying area. Wet cell in the ground floor in addition to the bathroom on the floor. Access is via an electronic badge system, not via keys.

For personnel leasing companies and companies: The house is designed for the accommodation of employees. Several rooms at the same time, short-term changes in occupancy, collective invoices and flexible rental periods are possible – please inquire directly, we will find a solution. Experience with personnel offices is available.

Oberrüti is quietly located between fields and forest, with good connections: bus stop Oberrüti Dorf in five minutes' walk, Oberrüti train station in about fifteen. Rotkreuz, Muri and Sins can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the industrial areas of the surrounding area.
