The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. On the garden side, there is a balcony. The garden of the house can be used jointly. In the basement of the house, there are washing machines and dryers. The apartment has laminate flooring, only the kitchen and bathroom have tile floors. TV, internet, bed linen, and towels are available. The house is in a quiet residential area and yet very close to the center. Within a few walking minutes, you are at the grocery store and also at the train station, ferry port, and lake shore.

For rent from October 1, 2026, or by agreement. Rent for a stay of 1-3 months: CHF 1600.- (for 1 to 2 people) per month. For each additional person, CHF 50.- will be added. Maximum number of people: 4.

For longer stays than 3 months, the price is from CHF 1500.- per month.
