I am looking for a flatmate for our beautiful, bright 4.5-room new apartment in the attic in Fischingen.
The apartment is very quiet and offers a cozy and modern living atmosphere with its gallery, high wooden ceilings, wooden laminate floor, and large balcony with a view towards the forest.

The rooms
Two rooms are available:
Room 1: approx. 12.2 m²
Room 2: approx. 15.2 m²
In a 3-person shared apartment, the rent is CHF 885 per month.
If we only live together as two people, the rent is CHF 1200 per month.
A special plus: one of the two bathrooms would be exclusively available to you. The washing machine and dryer are also located there, which is why I would also use this room for washing.
About me
I work from Monday to Friday and am therefore usually out of the house during the day. In the evenings, I am usually at home. I also like to be on the go on weekends, but of course, I always spend time in the apartment again.
I am rather a quiet and reserved person and enjoy doing my own thing and sometimes just being in my own world. At the same time, I would be happy if we get along well and the cohabitation is pleasant and uncomplicated.
I think it's nice if we sit together from time to time, cook something, have a coffee, or just chat a bit, but not always. It's very important to me that both of us have our own daily routine and enough free space, and that we still enjoy running into each other.
