We rent by arrangement a unique maisonette apartment in our carefully renovated old building villa in Eschenbach LU.

The apartment is suitable for people who appreciate the charm of historic buildings, natural materials, and individual living spaces. It offers no "off-the-shelf" living, but a home with character, history, and a special atmosphere. Also, possibility to rent the apartment as a therapy room.

The apartment includes:

The room concept is deliberately designed to be open. The sleeping area is located on the gallery on the upper floor and is not separated by a separate room. This creates a airy and spacious living feeling with special charm. Due to the internal staircase, the apartment is only partially barrier-free.

We live with our two children in the house and wish to have tenants who appreciate the character of an old building and enjoy a pleasant and respectful coexistence. We like a neighborhood where people know each other, interact uncomplicatedly, and respect each other's privacy at the same time.
