The houses were built according to the Minergie-P standard. Air-water heat pumps are used as the heating system. The electricity produced by the own photovoltaic system with battery storage can be purchased at a lower cost. The rainwater from the roofs is collected and used for toilet flushing and washing machines.

We are a small, family-run company that values personal care and quality. Long-term rental relationships and good neighborhood coexistence are particularly important to us, which is why the minimum rental period is one year.
