The room also includes a gallery (approx. 5sqm) with built-in closets, offering plenty of storage space. There is no shared living room, which is why the room is particularly suitable for weekly commuters.

The renovated maisonette apartment is located in an old farmhouse and offers a spectacular view of Zug, Lake Zug, and the mountains.

The kitchen and bathroom for shared use are supplemented by an outdoor seating area. Each shared flat room also includes a parking space. The house is located "in the green", but due to the nearby motorway connection (Sihlbrugg), there is a good transport link in different directions, and surrounding cities are easily accessible (Zug (10km), Zurich (25km), Lucerne (35km)).

I am looking for a roommate who appreciates a tidy, quiet apartment, is not averse to an occasional conversation, and otherwise likes to live their own life. (Party people life and celebrations are cool, but not really compatible with the apartment.) It's rather a functional shared flat, where you should be sympathetic to each other. After all, you live together ;)
