Throughout the living area, a beautiful, bright oak floor with natural grain structure creates a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The house has no elevator.

A reliable caretaker takes care of the property. The cleaning inside and around the building is also done regularly, so the house and surroundings are always well-maintained and clean.
