The apartments will be handed over fully furnished and ready for occupancy if desired. High-quality furnishings, comprehensive kitchen equipment, and selected details of daily life are already available. Depending on the apartment type, these include box spring beds up to 2.00 × 2.00 m, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cooking and kitchen utensils, and a coffee machine. Bed linen, towels, and other individual utensils will also be organized for you.

The hotel's own wellness area with gym and sauna is available for your use free of charge. Further services and offers of the house can be used and booked individually according to your wishes.
