It is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by greenery and with a suggestive view of the surrounding nature and Lake Maggiore. It is 10 minutes from Minusio and Tenero and just a few meters from two playgrounds.

Ground floor: kitchen and living room in an open space, with access to the terrace and the small private garden

First floor: master bedroom and large bathroom with bathtub and wall-to-wall closet.

Second floor: two more rooms and second bathroom with shower

Basement: spacious stairwell and large private laundry room, with space to dry and hang clothes and Secomat available.

The rooms are equipped with parquet flooring and on the various floors there are strategically located wall-to-wall closets. The heating is guaranteed by a heat pump with underfloor heating.
