we are looking for a new tenant for our shared apartment in Affoltern am Albis from October 1st.
You would be living with Sarah (26 years old) and Studi, a super lovely, open person who likes to be on the go and enjoy life. For us, it's important that the shared apartment is more than just a community of purpose. We would be happy if you occasionally cook together, have a glass of wine on the balcony, or just have a deep conversation over a cup of coffee.
About the shared apartment
The apartment is very tidy and organized. A joint household plan ensures that tasks are fairly distributed, so you should be reliable and also value cleanliness and order. There is a dining room, separate kitchen, living room with balcony, and a bathroom.
We are looking for someone who is employed or in training/study and has a desire for a harmonious, uncomplicated life together. It's important to us that you feel at home and at the same time have your own space.
Location
The apartment is located directly at the train station and yet pleasantly quiet.
* approx. 15 minutes to Zug
* approx. 25 minutes to Zurich Altstetten
* important shops within approx. 2 minutes on foot (Aldi, Coop, Müller, Action etc.)
* restaurants and bars directly in the surrounding area
* banks and post office in the immediate vicinity or in the building
* all important authorities on site, as it is a city
* elevator in the building available
About the room
The room is approximately 16 m² in size according to the floor plan, but appears much more spacious due to the generous cut. It's best to look at the pictures - the floor plan really offers a lot of space and possibilities for furnishing. Only the IKEA Pax remains in the room (without compensation). The rest of the furniture is removed.
The rent is 1030,- CHF.
A real highlight is the large window with a view of the mountains.
