The registration form must be accompanied by a current debt collection register extract. After receiving the documents, we will contact you for a viewing appointment. Please note that not all interested parties can be invited for a viewing. Incomplete applications cannot be considered.

Urdorf is located near the city and yet in a green area. The municipality has an intact social life and a varied leisure offer all year round. The settlement is located in a quiet, sunny, and yet central location with a beautiful view and short distances to schools, public transport, shopping, or the outdoor and indoor pool/ice rink.

An outdoor parking space can be rented for CHF 50.00 per month.

Keeping dogs is not allowed.

Required rent deposit: CHF 4,100.- (no Swisscaution)
