The 14 m2 separate room is suitable for weekly commuters, professionals or cultured personalities who appreciate a harmonious home. Students are also welcome.

* Full privacy: Separate living area on the upper floor.
* Private bathroom: A separate bathroom (shower / WC) on the ground floor is available for exclusive use.
* Shared use: Spacious, cozy living kitchen as well as the idyllic outdoor areas and the beautiful garden of the house (with historic vineyard).
* Location: Absolutely quiet, relaxing oasis in the Zurich wine country. Good connection to Winterthur, Frauenfeld, Schaffhausen and Zurich as well as to Zurich Airport.
Conditions:
* Rent: CHF 1,000 flat rate per month (including heating, water and internet).
