The room is furnished with two single beds, wardrobe and desk and is suitable for one to two people. CHF 1290 per month for two people, including utilities – heating, water, electricity, waste and internet are included in the price.

For shared use: modern community kitchen with electric stove, microwave and stainless steel sink. Laundry room with washing machine and drying area. Wet cell in the ground floor in addition to the bathroom on the floor. Access is via an electronic badge system, not via keys.

The house is designed for accommodating employees. Several rooms at the same time, short-term changes in occupancy, collective invoices and flexible rental periods are possible – please inquire directly, we will find a solution. Experience with personnel offices is available.

Oberrüti is quietly located between fields and forest, with good connections: bus stop Oberrüti village in five minutes' walk, Oberrüti train station in about fifteen. Rotkreuz, Muri and Sins can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the industrial areas of the surrounding area.
