Welcome to this natural and charming single-family house, located in a quiet area with plenty of nature and yet only 2 minutes from the train station. Schools and shopping facilities are within walking distance.

The attached house is situated on a former farm with chickens, ducks, and donkeys.

The house was built in 1995 in a very natural and valuable way, with loam and wood. Ongoing maintenance work has been carried out, all walls have been painted, and the wooden floors have been sanded.

The house has a beautiful garden seating area with a barbecue spot.

We, as landlords (a family with adult children), live in the attached farmhouse and are looking for uncomplicated neighbors who appreciate nature. Both houses are heated with firewood from our own forest, and the operation and wood preparation are shared between the two house parties.

We would like to bring the house to life with at least 3 people, a family with children or a shared apartment.

To give the new tenants planning security, we have agreed within our family to waive our own use for at least five years.

An additional parking space can be rented in the carport for CHF 80.-.
