I am looking for a tenant to take over my apartment in Champel, close to the Crêts de Champel, available as of November 1st, 2026.
The apartment is approximately 58 m² and is located on the 4th floor with an elevator in a building that has been entirely renovated recently. I am the first occupant of the apartment, since August 2025.
Very bright, it consists of:
- a large living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, and induction hob;
- a bedroom;
- a bathroom;
- a large, covered balcony;
- a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment;
- a large cellar;
- a large bicycle room.
A parking space in the building can also be available at an extra cost.
The apartment is very well located, close to amenities and transportation: buses 3 and 11 nearby and Geneva-Champel train station about 5 minutes on foot.
Rent: CHF 2'050 + CHF 210 charges, so CHF 2'260/month.
Visits
Two time slots are planned:
- Tuesday, September 29: 5-7 pm
- Wednesday, September 30: 12-3 pm
In order to process applications quickly, visits will be offered only to people with a solvent file, with a net income of at least 3 times the rent, and who wish to take over all the furniture currently present in the apartment.
The complete list of furniture as well as the takeover price will be communicated privately before the visit.
