We're unfortunately moving away from Winterthur and are now looking for a tenant to take over our old town apartment. The apartment is available on 01.11.2026. The rent is 2412 CHF including ancillary costs, with only the electricity being billed separately.

The apartment has approximately 100 square meters on 2 floors and is located directly on Oberer Graben, right next to many cafes and shopping opportunities. The train station is within walking distance in about 8-10 minutes and there are 3 bus stops within a short walking distance.

The apartment is a renovated old building with a beautiful wooden floor and a balcony that leads out to a quiet backyard. Despite its central location, the apartment is extremely quiet, partly because the old town is car-free. The highlight of the apartment is certainly the approximately 3x3 meter large skylight that provides a lot of light and the fireplace, which is especially beautiful in winter. The two floors are very open, like a loft apartment.

The apartment has a locked bicycle shed and a basement outside. The washing machine + dryer is shared with another rental party. On the upper floor, there is an attic that offers a lot of storage space.

Since it only has one bedroom, the apartment might be less suitable for a shared apartment, but it's also possible. For a couple, the layout is optimal, with plenty of space and storage, and a central location. We would be very happy if someone were to take over the apartment who would also enjoy it as much as we have.
