We rent a large, furnished room with shared bathroom and kitchen as a serviced apartment. The room is only rented to one person. It is located on the top floor of a three-story multi-family house on a slope. The owner couple and other tenants live in the same property.
The house is located in a quiet and cozy outer district of Unterstammheim below the vineyards. The Stammer Wald and the Stammerberg with beautiful hiking and walking trails can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
For good cohabitation, a quiet, orderly person is sought (non-smoking room, smoking only allowed on the balcony). The bathroom and kitchen with balcony are shared by the three tenants of the top floor and are located on the same floor.
The room is large (approx. 17m2), has a sloping ceiling, and is furnished like a studio with the following equipment: 1.4m bed incl. bed linen, wardrobe, table and chairs, 2-seater sofa, shelf, TV (SAT), towels, internet (WLAN).
The entire living area and the room are equipped with parquet flooring and underfloor heating.
You will find the following equipment:
- Fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishes, microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sufficient storage space, dining table, and large, sunny balcony (replaced in 2024) with beautiful valley views to the south incl. garden furniture and sun protection
- Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, large sink, hair dryer, and sufficient storage space
- Fully equipped cleaning closet, ironing board
- Modern washing machine and dryer on the ground floor
- Wardrobe with storage space in the entrance area on the ground floor
- Seating area with garden furniture in the beautiful garden with pond for shared use with the other tenants
Everything necessary for living is already available.
The ancillary costs are included in the rent: electricity, heating, water & sewage, waste basic fee, internet (WLAN), TV (SAT). An outdoor parking space directly in front of the house is included in the rent.
The following regular cleaning is included in the rent: room cleaning and changing of bed linen, cleaning of community areas (kitchen, bathroom).
A liability insurance and an extract from the debt collection register as well as a rental deposit of CHF 1400.- are required. Please bring the extract from the debt collection register and the liability insurance policy to the viewing appointment.
Since the house is very resonant, particular consideration must be given to the other residents. Keeping pets is not allowed.
From Stammheim train station, there are half-hourly train connections to Winterthur / Zurich. Travel time to Zurich by car approx. 45 minutes, to Winterthur & Schaffhausen approx. 30 minutes, to Frauenfeld approx. 15 minutes.
