Annex: A large private attic, ideal for storing bulky items.
Rent: 1,776.- CHF / month (including charges).
IMPORTANT CONDITION: Takeover of furniture and equipment.
Initially rented empty with a simple sink in the kitchen, I have fully equipped and furnished the space. The apartment is ready to live in for a flat fee of 2,000.- CHF, including all the following material in very good condition:
Fully equipped kitchen: Fridge/freezer, stove, functional workspace, and storage furniture.
Dining area: A round IKEA dining table with its 4 chairs.
Private laundry room: A functional washing machine.
Bedroom: An IKEA MALM storage bed with mattress (160x200 cm) offering a large storage volume, as well as a large custom-made storage cabinet from Micasa.
Perfect for avoiding the complex logistics of deliveries and furniture assembly on the 4th floor. Absolute priority will be given to applications taking over the entire package.

Visits will be made only by appointment. Please come with your complete and solvent paper file for the Pilet & Renaud administration:
3 last pay slips (net monthly income = ideally 3x the rent)

Copy of ID or residence permit
