The freshly renovated 2.5-room apartment is completely and lovingly furnished. It should remain exactly that way: furnished, cozy, and ready for people who live or work in the region temporarily. It's ideal, for example, for a limited work assignment, seasonal workers, project stays, or simply as a pleasant interim solution.

The apartment combines modern elements with a lot of wood and a personal, cozy atmosphere. The living and dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom are fully furnished – essentially, all you need to do is bring your suitcase and arrive.

A quiet, reliable, and kind individual is being sought, who handles the apartment and its furnishings with care. The apartment is a non-smoking household. Good German language skills are desirable for uncomplicated communication. A friendly interaction with each other is important to me – and those who are also open to a nice conversation from time to time will probably fit in particularly well here.

The rental is explicitly intended as a temporary home and not as a permanent rental solution. The existing furniture remains fully in the apartment.
