We are leaving our cozy apartment in Wädenswil and are looking for new tenants who will enjoy living here as much as we did.

The apartment is spread across two floors and has lots of charm, with beautiful exposed wooden beams, warm wooden floors, and an open, loft-style feel. The upper floor is an open space with a studio area, which is perfect for working from home, getting creative, or simply having a little extra room to yourself.

The wooden roof structure gives it a special character, while the spacious layout offers plenty of room to relax, work, and make yourself at home.
