The train station with direct connections to Konstanz and Zurich is only an 8-minute walk away. Kindergarten and primary school are just around the corner. The building is perfect for families with a protected playground in the courtyard and many other nice families.
The neighborhood is well networked and very committed.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) and has a dreamy view of the mountains and Lake Constance. The house was completed in 2024 (we were the first to move in) and meets the minergie standards.
2 balconies + 2 bathrooms + numerous built-in closets were very practical for our family!
