The establishment is located directly on Walderstrasse, in the heart of Hinwil's village center, and is highly visible. It is suitable for a restaurant, bistro, or café, for both newcomers and experienced restaurateurs.

• Restaurant with approximately 30 seats (plus a terrace with approximately 15 seats)
