We are moving and looking for a subtenant for our cozy 2-room apartment.

The apartment is small, but with a lot of charm and offers:

– approximately 37 m2 of living space with a covered balcony of about 8 m2

– large windows in the living room and bedroom with plenty of daylight

– freshly renovated bathroom (September 2026; glass wall will be installed in October 2026)

– laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer

– compact basement storage and optional underground parking space for CHF 125 per month

The tram stop (lines 2 and 20) is only 2 minutes away on foot, and Schlieren train station is about 5 minutes away. From there, the S-Bahn takes you to Zurich main station in about 11 minutes, every 15 minutes. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, and despite the central location, you can quickly reach the countryside.

We have felt very comfortable here for the last few years. The apartment is small, but well thought out and has a lot of charm, especially due to the bright rooms and the balcony. We would be happy if it becomes a cozy home for someone new as well.

Note: Due to the recent renovation of the bathroom, the rent is expected to increase by approximately CHF 90.00 as of 01.04.2027.
