We are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful, bright, and cozy apartment. After the family grew, it unfortunately became too small for us. The apartment is very conveniently located. Nearby you will find a kindergarten, shopping facilities, a bus stop with a direct connection to Zurich, as well as the possibility to reach Zurich or Zug comfortably by train. Families will love the playgrounds in the immediate vicinity.

The spacious living kitchen is equipped with windows on three sides and offers plenty of daylight and a beautiful view into the distance towards the forest. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset in the kitchen, which gently accompanies you into the night. The spacious bathroom with a window and laundry tower is also an advantage. The spacious bedroom is where the morning sun wakes you up. In the entrance, there is a built-in wardrobe. The children's room/office is oriented towards the quiet street side and has plenty of daylight without direct sun during the day, which is a great advantage for working on the computer.

In the large dry cellar, you can easily store unused items, which feels like more living space.

A large sunny terrace with an awning is oriented away from the street and offers ideal opportunities for a beautiful grill evening. It's big enough for plant lovers to start a herb garden.

With the elevator, you can easily bring your shopping directly from the garage to the apartment.
