About the room: The room is quite small, about 12 square meters, but nice and with privacy at the other end of the apartment from my room. There is also a fairly large living/community area and a beautiful large balcony with a mountain view. About you: I'm looking for a new roommate as of 01.12.2026 (later also possible), since my current roommate is moving out. A similar age and daily routine would be desirable, but not necessarily required. What's important is a good understanding of order and cleanliness. It would be nice if it weren't just a purely functional shared apartment, but if it happens that we sometimes cook together, go out, or just sit together and chat. Of course, this should be possible in each person's daily routine. Since I'm very busy with work and often away from home, the home should remain a place of rest and relaxation, and a party shared apartment is not desired. Since I myself will only be staying in the apartment temporarily, there may be the possibility of taking over the apartment as the main tenant afterwards. About me: I'm Marie, 29 years old, from Germany, and have been living in Switzerland for 1.5 years. I work here as a doctor and, when time allows, I love to be outdoors, whether jogging, hiking, cycling, skiing, cross-country skiing, or water sports. I can be enthusiastic about many things :) But I also enjoy culture, cinema, food, or going out/dancing. For me, it's about the mix: a bit of everything. For our shared living, I wish for a sociable togetherness. A place where you can arrive, exchange ideas when possible, and also undertake something together, whether cooking/exercising or going out. But also a place where you can close the doors and withdraw when you've had a stressful day. It's also important to mention that order and cleanliness are really close to my heart, which means for me explicitly vacuuming/wiping once a week, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, and everything else that comes up in daily life.
