In our 3-person shared apartment in the old town of Chur, a room will become available on January 1, 2027! The apartment is centrally located, with shopping opportunities and the train station in close proximity – both are within walking distance in just a few minutes.

The available room is approximately 12 m² in size and offers enough space for a bed, a desk, and a dresser. The apartment is very bright and has a small balcony, two bathrooms, and a large living room, which is perfect for joint evenings. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

The monthly gross rent is 700 CHF, including all ancillary costs (excluding internet). The rent is based on the reference interest rate.

- Chiara (24) works as a physiotherapist

We are open-minded and uncomplicated, and we value a pleasant cohabitation where you can enjoy eating together, doing something, or just sitting together comfortably. At the same time, we find it important that each person has their own space and feels at home.

We are looking for an open and kind person who wants to become part of our shared apartment. We consider a relaxed and respectful cohabitation important – with a good mix of community and opportunities to withdraw.
