Description

Since we have decided to start something new, we are looking for a spontaneous couple to take over our apartment from December 1st, January 1st, February 1st, or April 1st.

All furniture must be taken over completely and is still hardly used or new, as we ourselves have only been living in this apartment since April 1st, 2026, and have often been on trips.

The deposit amounts to 3 months' rent, CHF 9,450.

The furniture is new and costs a total of CHF 12,500, including partial solid wood furniture, small kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, all ceiling lamps, window cleaning robot, etc.

Bedroom with its own bathroom/shower, double bed in the bedroom, 2 large wardrobes, large dresser, 2 nightstands.

Guest room with a second bathroom/shower, 140cm guest bed, large wardrobe and dresser, small sofa and table.

Own washing machine and dryer, including storage furniture.

Balcony with new lounge furniture, two small tables, 2 armchairs, one bench.

The basement is very large and has 5 heavy-duty shelves.

There are several small pieces of furniture in the apartment, such as shelves, large mirrors, stools, etc.

The apartment is very bright and quiet.

Can be viewed immediately after arrangement.
