The charming Chalet Trollet is located in the sought-after Riederalp West, directly on the Sigrischtuschirstrasse – quietly situated, with unobstructed, guaranteed views and access to the Riederfurka slope. The location is ski-in/ski-out, sun-kissed, and attractive all year round.

In winter, you can ski from the chalet to the slope. In summer, you can enjoy hikes to the Riederhorn, dinner at the Riederfurka restaurant, or a visit to the historic Villa Cassel. A driving range is located directly in front of the chalet – ideal for golf enthusiasts. Supermarket, restaurants, golf course, tennis court, football field, and playground are all within walking distance.

The chalet is divided into two independent apartments: a spacious 3-room apartment on the upper floor and a spacious studio apartment on the lower floor – ideal for large families, guests, or rental.

The main apartment has a separate entrance with shoe dryer and storage space for winter clothing. From there, you can access a second hallway with additional closets and a washing machine and dryer, as well as an office that opens into the bright living room with open kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a pantry for food and cleaning supplies.

A bedroom is directly adjacent to the living area. From the living room, you have access to a bathroom with shower and can reach the spacious south and west balcony, perfect for lunch in the sun or relaxation after skiing.

On the upper floor, there are two very large bedrooms that offer significantly more space than usual – since the chalet is used as a primary residence. There is also a very large storage room.

Next to the outdoor staircase is a workshop in the garden house. Under the stairs, there is additional storage space for bicycles, skis, or tools.

The studio apartment is located on the ground floor. Inside, you will find a large entrance area along the west side. The apartment has a living/dining area with kitchen and two storage beds (a double storage bed and a loft storage bed). The large bathroom offers plenty of space and design freedom. In front of the apartment, there is a spacious terrace with a panoramic view.

The chalet also includes a second plot of land on the north side – building zone, ideal for future projects or simply to enjoy more space and privacy.
