The owners have access to a large rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a bicycle cellar for shared use. A private basement compartment belongs to the apartment. All floors are connected by a lift.

The holiday apartment is rented for holiday purposes by a professional agency. If desired, further rental is possible, but there is no rental obligation.
