The chalet, built in 1962, is situated on a plot of around 360m2 and impresses with a net living area of 112m2, spread over two floors and an additional converted attic.

Already the arrival promises relaxation: from the garage box, you reach the inviting forecourt of the chalet via stairs. The sunny seating area offers a lot of privacy and invites you to linger and enjoy the impressive mountain atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance area with a practical wardrobe. Directly adjacent is a bathroom with WC and sink. The heart of the chalet is the lovingly designed living and dining area with an open kitchen.
