Let me introduce myself? I am a unique chalet, nestled in a privileged environment, just 50 meters from the Bisse de Vex and 350 meters from the Veysonnaz cable car.

With my gross area of 120 m² and my generous plot of 2'153 m², I offer a rare setting where nature, tranquility, and authenticity meet.

From my location, you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the Rhône plain and the city of Sion, with a beautiful view of Valère and Tourbillon in the background.

Although I am very close to Veysonnaz, I am administratively located in the municipality of Sion

My exclusively pedestrian access fully participates in my charm and tranquility: here, there is no traffic in front of the door, but the bisse and nature that accompany you to my place.
