Fully furnished 2.5 room apartment in prime location (Pully) in quiet surroundings, but close to public transportation (bus nr. 7 at 300 meters and train at 500 meters). The apartment is meant to cater to someone who does not want to deal with the hassle of furnishing an apartment and who expects to get a fully functional, high quality dwelling right away. As all the furniture and amenities are high end, the tenant is expected to treat the apartment with care. Note that the following are included: cable TV with numerous international channels, worldwide internet radio, wi-fi, all peripheral hardware for a computer/laptop, king-size bed, another single bed and lots of closet space. Note that the second bedroom is currently configured as a study and as a very large walk-in closet, plus a single bed. The apartment comes with a parking space in a secure underground garage in the building. Please note that the washer and dryer are in the basement and are shared with the other tenants. Important restrictions: 1) no pets; 2) smoking not allowed. Commuting times: Center of Lausanne, 15 minutes; Center of Vevey, 30 minutes; Center of Geneva, 50 minutes. L'appartement est conçu pour une personne, ou pour un couple qui cherche une solution de logement "clef en main", prêt à l'usage. Les meubles sont d'excellente qualité, d'où notre préférence pour des locataires qui prennent bien soin de ce qui leur est mis à disposition. Les éléments suivants sont compris dans la location de l'appartement: TV par câble, radio internet, wi-fi, câbles périphériques pour un ordinateur/laptop, lit king-size, lit single, plein de rangement pour les habits. Il est à noter que l'une des deux chambres à coucher est configurée comme bureau et comme "walk-in closet" avec un lit single. Une place de parking couverte est inclue dans le prix. La machine à laver le linge et la sécheuse sont dans une buanderie commune, au sous-sol du bâtiment. Restrictions: 1) par d'animaux domestiques; 2) pas de fumeurs.  Distance de trajets: centre de Lausanne, 15 minutes.
