Hallo,

ich (w/22) suche ab sofort eine neue Mitbewohnerin (w). Da ich meistens unterwegs bin und nur einmal in der Woche zu Hause bin, suche ich eine Mitbewohnerin, um die Wohnung mit mir zu teilen. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 5.5 Zimmer, von denen ich 2,5 Zimmer vermiete. Da ich nur einmal in der Woche da bin, benötige ich nur mein eigenes Zimmer und vermiete daher den Rest der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert, kann aber nach Belieben eingerichtet werden. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, jedoch sind der See und das Einkaufszentrum in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Nach Absprache kann auch ein Parkplatz gemietet werden.
