I am renting out my 1.5 room apartment in Wiedikon from mid-September, which offers everything you need.

It is located on the top floor with a large balcony and an absolute dream view of one of the most beautiful streets in Wiedikon, with plenty of sunlight even in winter for some vitamin D.

A spacious cellar and a private washing machine in the apartment are included. Additionally, there is a laundry room in the basement that can be used as needed (including tumble dryer).

You can reach Schmiede Wiedikon on foot in a short time. There is a kiosk, a pharmacy, and a Coop within a 1-minute walking distance.

The kitchen and entrance area are located in a separate room, so you can close the door to the living and bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and offers plenty of storage space / room for several narrow cabinets.

Attention: Taking over from mid-September is mandatory.

Furthermore, part of the furniture must be taken over (1 high table in the kitchen, 2 cabinets/shelves in the bathroom, built-in washing machine). I am giving everything away at a friendly price.
