The room for rent is approximately 11 sqm, has a parquet floor, is partially furnished (2 dressers), has a large window, underfloor heating, can be locked, and can be arranged according to your own wishes and needs.

The spacious bathroom with double sink, bathtub, and shower is for shared use, just like the kitchen integrated into the living room.
