We are looking for subtenants for our 5-room apartment. The apartment offers a lake view from all rooms, has 3 bedrooms, living-dining room, separate kitchen, dressing room, separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet on the lower floor. All floors on the lower floor are made of parquet. The kitchen and bathrooms have slate plates.

On the upper floor, there is a two-part, open space with guest sleeping possibilities and two office workstations. Additionally, the private laundry room with an additional, separate storage room is located there. The upper area is equipped with original ribbon floors, which still date back to the founding period. Many rooms have visible beams.

The apartment is located in an old building with a total of three rental apartments. The house is surrounded by a garden and the view of the Glarner Alps, the lake, and the Bellevue is breathtaking. Public transportation is nearby, the next bus stop is 2 minutes away on foot, and Kilchberg train station can be reached in 5-6 minutes on foot. The lake is within walking distance.

An outdoor parking space can be rented for an additional 100 francs per month if needed.
