Tenant sought – takeover from 1 November 2026 or by agreement

We are looking for a tenant to take over our house in Zurich Leimbach.

The single-family house from 1917 is located on a well-sunned slope and offers 6.5 rooms on approximately 141 m² of living space. The kitchen, windows, and wet cells were renewed in 1997; in 2017, the heating (air heat pump), boiler, and electrical installations followed.

The house includes a plot of 1,056 m² – plenty of space for children, garden, and quiet evenings outdoors. The cellar offers additional storage space.

Leimbach is quiet and green, with an S-Bahn connection (S4) to the city center, schools, shopping opportunities, and the Üetliberg right outside the door.

Conditions

• Rent CHF 4,250.– including ancillary costs (net CHF 3,900.–, AK CHF 350.– deposit)

• Deposit: 3 net rents

• Takeover of the existing rental agreement under unchanged conditions

• Minimum rental period 1 year

• No garage and no parking spaces on the property
