A ca. 20 m² large, separately lockable bedroom with wardrobe is being rented. In addition to your own private area, you have access to the spacious community areas of the apartment.

The apartment is used as an uncomplicated 2-person shared flat. A special feature is that the main tenant is regularly abroad for longer periods of time – usually around 4 to 6 months a year.

During these times, you have the community areas of the apartment largely to yourself.

In addition to your own bedroom, which is approximately 20 m² in size, a spacious living room is available for shared use. Directly in front of it is another spacious living/dining area, which is mainly used as a dining area.

The kitchen, bathroom, and balcony are also shared.

The apartment is partially furnished. TV and internet/WLAN are available and included in the rent.

The main tenant keeps their own bedroom, which is also separately lockable. This means that each person has their own lockable retreat area.

In addition, basement and attic are available for shared use.

In the house, there is a shared laundry room and a separate drying room, which are shared with the other tenants. There is also a shared bicycle room.

The apartment is located on the upper ground floor and can be reached via a short staircase. There is no elevator, which is why the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

No parking space is available.

The apartment is located in a very practical location in Winterthur-Seen. Public transport and shopping facilities are within a few minutes' walking distance.

A reliable, uncomplicated, and independent person is being sought, who values a pleasant and relaxed living together.

The main tenant is employed, uncomplicated, and sociable. When he is in Switzerland, the apartment is used as a normal and relaxed 2-person shared flat.

However, due to professional reasons, he is regularly abroad for longer periods – usually around 3 to 5 months a year.

During these absences, you can enjoy a lot of privacy and use the community areas of the approximately 100 m² large apartment largely on your own.
