After a complete renovation, we are renting a fully built-out office/studio/therapy room for quiet businesses in the quiet Böndler quarter. The room is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The interior design is fully integrated with parquet flooring, white plastered walls and ceiling, electrical installations including lighting and a practical tea kitchen. The room is bright with two-sided windows and also has almost 3m height, which allows for any use. A fiber optic connection is available, but we do not have an elevator and are therefore not barrier-free. Public transportation is perfectly located and can be reached within a 5-minute walking distance. A parking space can be rented optionally (CHF 90.--/month).

We are still in the middle of the construction phase and the first viewings will be possible at the end of October, during the interior construction. The completion is planned for December.
