In the idyllic Trasadingen, we offer you your new home in a family-friendly, new single-family house quarter. 5 single-family houses and 2 semi-detached houses are being built.

Our project proposal for a 5 1/2 room single-family house offers the following room layout:

Basement: Spacious entrance hall with staircase to the ground floor
Technology/laundry room with heating air/water heat pump (underfloor heating), inverter for PV system, boiler, washing machine and sink
Two large cellar rooms

Ground floor: Entrance with space for a large wardrobe and optional direct access from the garage, staircase to the basement and upper floor
Guest toilet
Kitchen with cooking island
Office
Living and dining room with large, floor-to-ceiling window fronts that lead to the covered seating area or into the garden

Upper floor: Corridor with staircase to the ground floor
Large parental bedroom with dressing room
Two spacious rooms
Spacious bathroom with tiled shower, bathtub and double sink

Optional:
An extended room program is possible on request: For example, an attached garage or a carport.
