Building permit available - construction start in the 4th quarter of 2026

In the municipality of Buch am Irchel, ten highly attractive semi-detached houses and 6 condominiums in a multi-family house are being built, in addition to the former smithy building, which is under monument protection.

In the old smithy, an open-plan apartment with a gallery is also being created. The concept of shared infrastructure for all units (basement with underground parking and cellar rooms), the division and appearance of the buildings, as well as the choice of materials for the facades, allow for a harmonious integration into the village environment.
