Built in 1991 on the basis of a barn, this authentic mayen is located on a 2'396 m2 plot of land at an altitude of 1'660 m on the Chemin du Clou 16 in the Le Clou district, in the immediate vicinity of the Les Collons ski resort, in the municipality of Hérémence.

The mayen charms immediately with its old wooden beam, which has been completely preserved. The comprehensive and careful renovation in 1990 has made it possible to preserve the entire charm and authenticity of the place, while at the same time adding modern comfort, particularly a beautiful minimum ceiling height of 2.14 m.

The situation is particularly privileged because the mayen is at the same time:

• In the middle of nature and in absolute silence with a panoramic view of the Maya, the Dent Blanche, and the Dixence dam,
