After over ten years of intensive development, the Schönau area is approaching a new milestone. At the beginning of 2027, the two-year construction phase will start, transforming the former industrial landscape into a vibrant residential quarter with a special character.

Directly on the picturesque Schönauweiher, an attractive residential ensemble is being built on the historic Spinnerei area, featuring:

• 23 semi-detached single-family homes, 3.5 to 5.5 rooms
• 8 condominiums, 5.5 and 6.5 rooms
• 87 rental apartments, 2.5 to 5.5 rooms

The marketing launch for the semi-detached single-family homes will take place shortly - expected to be in November 2026.
The marketing of the condominiums is expected to start around the turn of the year.
The rental apartments will be offered from the end of 2027.
