After a young stonemason completed his work at the Basel SBB train station at the beginning of the 20th century, his path led him to Langenthal. Here, he built a spacious multi-generation house for himself and his family on Mittelstrasse in 1923.

Over generations, the house was carefully maintained and preserved with great respect for the original architecture. The family always placed value on high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship.
