From autumn 2026, we will be renting a commercial space of 370 m2 on the ground floor in the freestanding historic former cider mill building, located directly at Egnach train station on the village square.
In the lively new development area, around 150 apartments will be built by mid-2027. The building is located opposite the future Tertianum. Additionally, several other office and commercial spaces are located on the site.
