In the old village center at a slight slope and with a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains, is the approximately 200-year-old stone house.

Castaneda is located on a terrace in the southern Calanca valley in Graubünden.

The house is very quiet and sunny and has retained its original charm.

From the communal path, stairs lead to the entrance, which goes directly into the fireplace room and adjacent to the living-dining area, where a simple kitchen is also integrated.

A rustic wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with two double rooms, a single room, and a simple bathroom. A direct exit also leads to the communal path.

The still developable attic has a balcony, from which there is a magnificent view over the valley and the mountains.

The outdoor area is partially terraced and has a small seating area with a vine pergola. The cellar is accessible from the outside and a small stone shed is available in the lower garden area for storing wood.

Public parking spaces are approximately 300 meters away.

The house can be bought as a first or second home.
