Then you're in the right place at Ensemble Basel.Ensemble Basel brings together young adults with support needs and students, as well as other young people in training, in an inclusive living community.In Klingentalstrasse 59/61 in Basel, people with and without support needs live together under one roof and shape their daily lives together. The roommates without support needs accompany and support their fellow roommates in their daily lives as needed and, in return, benefit from an attractive rent price.The roomsWe rent furnished shared rooms of different sizes. The gross rent is between CHF 665 and CHF 1,143 per month, depending on the room.All rooms are equipped with a carefully selected basic furniture of high-quality second-hand furniture by our architectural firm before moving in. Additionally, all residents have access to a free selection of further high-quality second-hand furniture to individually supplement or adapt the room.The houseEach floor has its own kitchen and sanitary facilities. Furthermore, the house offers numerous communal areas:- large communal kitchen on the ground floor- communal dining area- cozy lounge area- laundry room in the basement- inner courtyard with studioThis creates a vibrant place where community, exchange, and mutual support are at the center.Who we're looking forWe accept students and young adults in training between the ages of 18 and 28.Requirements:- Interest in communal living- Willingness to support roommates with support needs in their daily lives- Openness to the concept of "Ensemble Basel"- Signing of a support contractThe support is tailored to the individual needs of the residents and is defined in the Individual Help Plan (IHP). The support is planned jointly and reviewed regularly.
